Ekhlas Rahman

Ekhlas has been leading school improvement in the CST since 2014. Ekhlas was pivotal in raising standards at Forest Gate Community School in the capacity as Deputy Headteacher in charge of curriculum and data. Since 2019, Ekhlas joined Cumberland Community School as Deputy Headteacher before taking on the role as  Head Teacher in 2022. Ekhlas has steered rapid improvement in students outcomes and meticulously structured the school curriculum at CCS.

Ekhlas has consistently developed leaders at all levels and built successful teams across the trust. Ekhlas is passionate about developing the child as a whole and creating social change through education.
